The Porsche 911 (993) GT2 Carrera contains a 3600cc flat six boxer 24 Valve engine which can push out a tasty 285bhp. Ideal for those 0-60 standing starts, which invariably can be achieved in a mere 5.2 seconds. Unfortunately, the power of this brute is reflected in its fuel usage and pits in with an average fuel consumption of 25.0 miles to the gallon. This powerful engine is cooled by a rear boot fan, and the (993) GT2 spoiler adds extra air intake along the rear flanks while providing even more curved shape to the car.
The wide 11 inch wheel base and chunky Porsche alloys appear to make a statement of their very own, while the cars paintwork and consumer customisations subtly gives each vehicle its own unique identity. The most desirable paint casts being of the metallic variety. The interior leather seats and satellite navigation (which comes at a price) continues this classy feel within; and as with all the Porsche models, the 911 (993) certainly doesn't hold back in terms of quality, build or style.
This car has all the charms required, but the practicalities are never far away. The 911 (993) will always succeed to grab the onlookers attention.

A slight outward Angle on the cambers and low Ride height would hold the vehicle firmly to the road for maximum race handling. This setting would not benefit a road car, as the lowering of ride height gives a lot of feedback through the steering wheel, therefore an inward camber would be more appropriate. Adjust the cambers in/out too much and the car would show signs of instability and would usually spin out.
This delicate specification balance in sports cars like the Porsche 911 (993) is an art form of tweaking, and can often be seen measured in millimetres for the preciseness required. Lowering the ride height also puts added pressure on the axles suspension. This Suspension in a car allows for driver comfort. Giving enough motion to level the wheels with the contours of a road/track.
